I'm a digital product designer working at the intersection of product strategy, interaction design, and systems thinking, drawn to work that improves access and reduces friction for people who aren't always centered in the process.
QUIZLET
Enable all students to find the best study materials for their biggest exams, faster.
QUIZLET
Make study recommendations and content discovery curated and course-focused.
From Q3 2024 into 2025, Quizlet's content discovery team reconceived the recommendations experience around a a high-leverage insight: students studying for a specific course don't need more content choices. They need the right content curated for that course, without having to dig aimlessly or create their own materials manually.
The solution was a three-part system: dynamically maintained, course-specific collections that surfaced the essential material students needed to study for exams, topics, and units; clearer and more reliable signals that content was associated with a course across content discovery surfaces, so relevance became immediately legible; and a retooled recommendations model that powered it all through a hybrid approach combining ML and user content tagging.
BYNDER
Help the world's leading brands to track down their visual assets
I co-lead the end-to-end search redesign for Bynder's Webdam platform, a digital asset management tool some of the world's biggest brand and marketing teams use to streamline content creation and file management. Webdam's search was painfully slow for many of its biggest customer instances, inconsistent across modules, and missing core functionality like autocomplete, keyword and document search bar suggestions.
We designed and tested an omnipresent global search bar with those features, while also enabling advanced search functionality (keyboard shortcuts, SQL-like operators) for power users that made up a significant portion of Webdam's userbase. The project also laid groundwork for unifying the Webdam experience with Bynder's design language.
